Line data input (Backing line 2)

This procedure is to enter the line length after it has been wound onto the reel. It is necessary that

you know the line length and that it is greater than 100m.

4. Paying attention to the line’s color coding, pull 50m of line off of

the spool.

1. Connect the battery to the reel.

2. Press the MODE SET BUTTON for 5 seconds, changing the

mode to P1.

3. Press the MODE SET BUTTON 2 more times and set the

mode to backing line 2.

This mode shows P3 blinking on the low left of the display.

5. Press the RESET BUTTON for 2 seconds.

This will show the digits 100 in the lower area of the counter.
